TogoBridge is a secure software portal operated by TogoBridge LLC. It connects the healthcare providers involved in a patient's care, so transition-of-care information reaches them. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean TogoBridge LLC.

What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to give us:

• Client text update sign-up: your name, organization, role, mobile number and state, and a record of your SMS consent, including the date and time you agreed.
• Provider inquiries: the name, organization, role, work email, phone number and message entered in the provider inquiry form.
• Email: anything you send us at [email protected].

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.

Why we use it

• To send the service setup and management text messages your organization's staff asked for.
• To keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop texts.
• To respond to your inquiries and questions.

Text messages

TogoBridge does not send text messages to patients, and no protected health information (PHI) is ever sent by text.

• We send text messages only to our clients: healthcare provider organizations and their staff. Texts are about setting up and managing TogoBridge services, such as account setup, onboarding and service-management notices.
• Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.

How we share information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected through this website are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your information. We may use service providers that help us run this website and deliver the text messages you asked for. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Keeping your information

TogoBridge is built to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We keep consent and opt-out records so that we can honor your choices.

Your choices

• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us below.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
